Ahh, a Friday night, as usual no one is around. So I will attempt to feel connected to people by writing a journal post.

I know, I'm lame.


Seattle sure has been having some wicked thunderstorms the past couple days! Yesterday there was even hail for a good 8 minutes. Fortunately there haven't been any power outages, and I managed to buy an umbrella before all the rain hit

I have seen some hilarious situations on campus. Last week I saw a toy poodle chase a giant seagull across the lawn XD And outside of a certain hall here Canadian geese like to hang out, and I saw this couple sitting at a bench with a goose right in front of them, just staring XD The goose was so close to the door that if it had felt like it, it could have walked right in and joined us for the biology lecture, haha.

I had a certain friend come over yesterday, and she brought over a bunch of perfume samples from [link] a site that specializes in, well, I guess the best way to say it would be "gothic and romantic perfumes". I liked one in particular, called Morocco (if you look at the site, it's under Wanderlust on the left of the page). It reminded me of incense and nostalgia. Maybe someday (in the far future -_-) I'll get my own sampler from the site.

As far as future plans go, right now it's just existing and passing my classes. I've been zoned out in another dimension lately. I can't even say I'm in my own little world. I'm somewhere so far away that I can't see where I've gone. Oh, I'm hoping to make it to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in a couple weeks. We'll see. I still need to register for Sakuracon too, and my dining account money is rapidly being depleted, and Christmas is coming up...blargh.

I've been successful in sticking to my diet so far, but I need quantifiable results :S I guess I will have to invest in a scale...

I think I have plenty of other random things to say, but they might be a little too random, haha.
